I obtained my first qualification in Traditional Thai Massage at the Wat Po Temple in Bankok in 1986 (during my travelling years). From then my passion for the study of Mind, Body and Spirit related therapies grew more and more.

In 1994 I qualified as a Yoga Teacher in the Sivananda style. In 1996 I gained a Diploma as Stress Consultant with the British School of Yoga. Soon after that I became an ITEC Massage Therapist. In the years to follow I also gained Certificates and experience in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Beauty Therapy, Hopi Ear Candling and Reiki.

When I came to live in Southsea I developed my practical experience in a popular Relaxation Centre in Southsea for about ten years while I was bringing up my daughter.

In 2006 I studied to be a practitioner in Natural Facelift Massage ™ (Facial Rejuvenation) at the London Centre of Indian Champissage. This is a remarkable and very effective natural and non-invasive treatment.

In 2007 I gained a qualfication as a tutor enabling me to teach some of my therapies and started to run regular workshops on Holistic health, Stress Busting techniques and Facial Care at local venues in Portsmouth and surrounding towns.
